HOW TO SEND IN YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE

Good news - returns from UAE are now FREE! To return an item to CAMINA please use Skynet Worldwide as detailed below:

1. Pack your item(s) into a bag or box (ideally the original delivery box).
2. Either call Skynet at +971 42826555
   OR
   Email caminaorizu@gmail.com (closed on Sunday) to arrange collection.
   Please provide your collection address, contact details, approximate weight of package and preferred time & day of pickup.
   Skynet will arrange to collect your return within 48 hours of request and will confirm the time & day via phone or email.
   If you prefer, you can use Aramex for your return. Visit this page and fill in your order number and email to generate a return label. Follow the instructions to arrange a collection or select a Aramex drop off location.
3. Returns are generally processed between 7-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.
   For orders with the Aramex Collect on Delivery service, store credit will be issued once the return has been processed.
4. Alternatively, if you do not want to use the free Skynet service you can send your returns to this address, (postage/courier costs to be paid by the customer):
